Noun;

The term 'degenerate' usually refers to somebody who is abnormally poor. Also known as a 'tramp', they usually have no money or live from welfare.

Gregory Haugen and Paul Haugen

Paul: 'Dad, have you paid for the wifi yet?'
Greg: 'I put some on...'
Paul: 'What the fuck? It isn't working you degenerate!'
