If you pwn a guy,and if that guy get the next kill off of you, then you must commit suicide the next chance you get. This is considered to be in the Rules of 117 unless you get to extract revenge on this guy again with another spawn kill or rape, in this case it all cancels out and is considered to not of happened, or be remembered as something of great value.
