A more appropriate way of saying, "calm your tits." It was first said in Chris Lilley's "Summer Heights High," when Ja'mie King tells Bec (the asian tryhard) to reduce her tits.

Ja'mie King: "I heard Qantas is having good deals on one-way tickets to China."
Bec: "I'm not even Chinese, I'm from Singapore."
Ja'mie King: "Reduce your tits, stop acting dumb, fix your acne, and don't be asian. Seriously."
