Get the kaymug. A shortened, twisted version of the word, okay. Meant to express bewilderment in a patronising and acceptable manner of something said that makes little sense. Pronunciation is similar to the word, 'eye' with a 'k' in front and the 'a' is said in a long way with a short 'i', aaai.
Your best friend states the obvious, like the sky is blue and you respond by saying, kai. Or he/she says, look at me i'm wearing my blue shirt today, the response to this is, kai. Or, he/she says if you cross the street without looking both ways you might get squashed by a bus and you respond by saying, kai.
