A word used to descriminate against heterosexuals and religious folk.A word/insult/ hurled by gays and closet homosexuals(liberals) at anyone who dares to disagree with homosexuality or even anyone who dares to disagree with any liberal at all for any reason.

person:I think "sex" is a choice since you can choose to go out and have sex or to stay home and masturbate.

homophobic sex

Sex between two (or more) heterosexual people after at least one witnesses or encounters something very gay. This type of sex cleanses the mind, body, and soul of any gayness that has been experienced.

After watching "Sugar" Ray Leonard kiss two of the "Contenders" on the cheek, I felt very gay. I immediately had homophobic sex with my wife to feel like a man again.

A conservative. A believer in "traditional values" and heterosexuality as being biologically normal.

Homophobe

A term for people who believe that lgbt relationships are immoral and commonly misused by annoying, liberal, snowflakes because they can't grasp the idea that some people have different opinions about what is right and wrong. In reality, no one cares who they like as long they are not told that they are a "hater" or "uneducated" and that everyone should think what they think.

"OMG, like, that guy over there is, like, such a homophobe."
"Why do you say that?"
"Because, like, I asked him out and, like, he said "dude, I'm not gay." so, I was like, "but you could be." and then he was like, "no, it's wrong." Can you, like, believe the nerve of some people?
"OMG.. such a homophobe."

phobia= fear

Fear of humans, fear of homosexuals. I don't fear them at all. My school's full of them. It's more like I dislike them. Being gay is like incest. You're not supposed to have intercourse with your own! You just use the word homophobe to make people with different opinions sound ignorant. Get over it.

Who came up with the usage of this word? Next thing you know, we'll be marrying Joe to his cousin Peggy...

if you look at the basic meanings of its Greek roots:
Homo=same
Phobos=fear

but in everyday usage means:

2. fear of homosexuals
