Means "Stupid Fucker" in Bengali.
It is probably the most common curse word used by Bengali men, followed closely by shoorer bachcha (pig spawn).

1. A Dutch word used to discribe vague gamer folks who spend their time making up weird words for mainly very standard things/terms of abuse.
The pronunciation of these words are ussually through the nose, giving them a very "doffe" sound.
It's like Elite speak for the dutch.
