The five nights at freddy's 3 musical refers to a musical made by Logan Hugueny-Clark on youtube that was published on march 18th 2015, making it the 27th oldest video game musical he ever made. The song became popular due to springtrap saying the line "this attraction is great, so many guards i can rape, 'til i cant see straight." in the song.
The song also obviously predates the undertale musical

There are multiple ways the word five star is used. One of them is as a rating system for hotels or restaurants. If it is 5 out of 5 stars the quality is amazing. A second one is in GTA 5 where it is used as a wanted system where the more stars you have the harder it is the evade the police.
