Brain-Maxing or Brain maximising is a term for one to expand parts of or their full cognitive function by shifting perception by using external stimulus to reach full mental potential.

When a friend gives you their perceptive on a topic that’s different to your, and you use it to improve the way you understand that topic/ the way you engage with it through the process of Brain-Maxing.

Derived from “min-maxing,” a term used to describe using minimal resources to output maximum effect.
