Going to the Darkside

When a good person is brainwashed by Fox News and starts parroting their evil propaganda.
Beverly is going to the Darkside. She now thinks it's ok for an adult to rape a 16 year old girl because the girl is socially active on the national stage and thus should be treated like an adult.

Let it Go

It could be a song reference.
It could be something that would either hurt you or annoy the fuck out of you.
Someone knocked down your food.

Friend: Let it go, man.

One of your friends, doesnt like Frozen

Person: I swear one more fucking time, if i hear that song again I'll-
You: LET IT GO! LET IT GO!

Just so you know, one cannot simply Let it go.

Going Through It

A very vague yet specific phrase usually referring to the after effects (or during effects) of partying too hard with your girl Connie (or Tina too). You can be put through it by someone acting trifiling at a party or hangout situation. Imagine yourself lost in a dark tunnel with no way out and a lot of echoes circling your head in an overwhelming fashion. That's going through it.
"Girl, you are putting me throuuuuuugh it."
"I'm going through it"
"Don't put me through it"
"That Connie is really putting me through it, y'all"
