Tankie Punk

A “punk” who may or may not go to shows, but doesn’t listen to the libertarian or anarchic messages of the bands they listen to. They believe the bands they listen to adhere somehow to their authoritarian hateful ideologies, but they are sorely mistaken. Usually you can catch them wearing ushankas with the Soviet star pinned on them, dirty tank tops, and camo military pants similar to Nazi Punk attire. They also have greasy long undyed hair, lots of zits on their faces, and are usually 13 years old or 18+ but with suspicious attractions to minors…

Scam: “Yo bro who was that kid trying to sing that stupid ass Russian anthem song in the mosh pit??”

Twister: “I dunno man, prolly jus some lame ass tankie punk.”

Ironic Punishment

No no no... That's not what's happening. You know that... Come on. This isn't me getting anything. This is ironic punishment. You must not understand irony. Don't worry. I love to teach. I'll explain. And this isn't a slight at your expense. I'm actually a huge fan! I'm doing this in anticipation of another thing happening. I'll let you know when it does but until then, you know I can't pass up a teachable moment.

Hym "See, the 'Satan in you' LOVES ironic punishment. That's why you love the rapists and pedophiles getting raped in prison. But you don't understand irony. So, as one of the greatest writer's of all time, I'll explain it to you. Irony is kind of like being a former banger... And then adopting a political philosophy that is essentially 'As long as I'm not banger anymore I should be able to do whatever I want.' And it's ironic because now that you have carved out a future for yourself that will be objectively better than your peers... only NOW is violence unnecessary and unreasonable... NOW it is and NOT before... Irony is having a hierarchy of value... but in that hierarchy of value... Ironic punishment is DEMONSTRABLY HIGHER UP than child murder and rape... Like... Ironic punishment isn't your highest value.... but it is higher than, you know.... morality. Or your purported morality. It's like situational irony or dramatic irony or something.... Get it? There.... You're now a CERTIFIED master of irony. Print out a copy of this as proof of completion. You're well on your way to becoming.... Um... Some kind of irony guy or something... I don't know... You get the point right? You see that thing happening that I'm pointing out right? Right? Yeah, ok. You see it. Well... Alright. Oh I'm still waiting to buy your thing!
