Charlie is a really sweet and attractive person. He is a bad texter and is really into history (specifically the Trojan War.) He likes to think English is his best subject but it is actually art. He is really good at drawing noses and anime. His profile picture on Instagram is most likely a Haikyuu character. He is probably queer and is dating the hottest guy in school in his freshman class (who has a God complex.)
