2 FRESH JAYZ

TWO FRESH JAYZ is a reference to two graffiti writers and and a duo of (cannabis) smugglers. In the 90's, 2 FRESH JAYS became a household name amongst cannabis aficionados and suppliers, moving products from West coast to East Coast. TWO FRESH JAYZ referred to the celebrity duo of D-Jay and J-Pop, who were known for moving some of the finest ganja from Humboldt County and Oakland, CA to the boroughs of New York City through the use of train cars and graffiti writing to communicate through code to evade law enforcement.

I remember the 2 FRESH JAYZ from urban legends back in the 90's.
