noun - alternative spelling of "tleilaxu" for easier pronounciation, referring to a society found in the Dune series of books, written by Frank Herbert.

name - telaxu, dj - an underground deejay of rare but privileged fame originally of Perth, Western Australia, currently residing in Vancouver, Canada. A producer of deep, melodic, hard and various other shades of techno.

Because they deal in morally-questionable but highly desired products, the Tleilaxu are universally distrusted but still influential.
