Tug Nugging is when someone cant take a shit for there life. When this happens, you call a professional Tug Nugger. Basically what a Tug Nugger does is they suction cup there mouth to the person who cant take a shits, asshole, then they "tug" the "nugs" out of that persons asshole.

Edward-Nahh, Ive havent taken a shit in 2 weeks, im thinking its time to get tug nugged..
