One who will only travel in luxury. One with very high standards for flights, hotels, dining etc while vacationing. Usual a result of experienced business travel, a high income, or being a sugarbaby.
Jack only flies First Class and stays in 5 star hotels. He's a total travel brat.

travellers ear

Travellers ear is when a Traveller can understand their native language through thick accents. One with travellers ear may complete words and understand body language with people from other countries. People with travellers ear usually do not speak the native language.

Checklist traveler

One who frequents a place/country/city just to say that they've been there. Checklist travelers tend to only visit for very short periods of time but will brag that they have 'done' that place.
Barry : Everything in Thailand is amazing! I love the exotic culture and the landscape. All the people are so warm!
Sally: Sounds amazing! Where did you go?
Barry: Bangkok, it was a 24 hour stop-over on my way to Australia.

slow traveling

A type of travel where a traveler spends a long period of time in one place whereby they grow a stronger sociological and qualitative experience by getting to better know a certain location and its inhabitants. This is opposed to general travel, work travel, or holidaying or vacationing.
I spent ten months slow traveling in and around Granada Spain and I really fell in love with the area and luckily now have lifelong friends because of it.
