A (straight or gay) male who is not just concerned with personal hygiene, fashion, style,etc., he is obssesed with it. He is self-absorbed and narcissistic. He might enter a bar or club and thinks that everyone wants to screw him, be him, or worship him. This does not mean they are attractive, though most have appealing qualities. They look down on their sexual counterpart male or female and believe them to be insignificant. They may seem very selective in their sexual partners but it's a lie. They are bonafide whores. If you are "lucky" to get a couple nights of sex out of them don't get excited. They bore easily.
Side note: Not All Gays Are Metrosexual! Some gays don't eat gourmet foods wear cologne, and listen to Bach etc. Some gays finds these thing repulsive. e.g(Butch gays/lesbians)

Joe: Hi. My name is joe. The food here is great.

Metrosexual

A man that takes care of his body like a woman. For example; laser hair removal treatments, waxings, makeup. Pedicures and manicures. He enjoys body lotions and professional massages. May or may not paint his toenails. Myself for example; I'm a metrosexual who paints his toenails blue, purple, or any color I feel like at the time wants; I get brazilian laser treatments, use body lotions; also professional massages to relieve body aches and stress; I do not wear make-up that's my own personal line I I will not cross. I also get leg waxings. Yet another man may only wear make-up yet do none of the other things, I just mentioned. Every man is different and all have their own unique tastes in how you feel comfortable in your own skin. And really that's all it's really about, being comfortable in our own skin; were are all different all unique. It's basically accepting who you are and not caring what other people think.

That guy who just left the Nail Spa is he gay or WTF! No he's just Metrosexual. I know the guy he's just high maintenance!
