crazy, outgoing, sexiest girls around. wind blown hair, boy in hand, most have been tubing or go tubing at least 3 times a weekend. have many "summer friends" and have hooked up with at least half of the guys in their group of "summer friends". their stoners, their alcoholics, they scream way too loud and laugh way too much. Original name is Cabo Verde(Green Cable). Contains and produces some of the best coffee beans in the world. Is made up of tiny islands. Some that are most known are, Fogo(fire), Praia(Beach)and the most known for its beaches, sal (salt).
