Operations troll, or, alternatively, Operations torture.

An event that interrupts a human's natural order of operations. "Operations torture" would imply amplitude, frequency, persistence of the torturer, or perhaps cunning, premeditation, and/or dramatic irony that the fucked-up-ness of the situation is known to potentially many MANY people.
