The MSD (a.k.a. the Middle School Dropout) is used to refer to Xi Jingping, General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party. These students were admitted based on their red class background. Their education is known to be largely political and useless. He obtained his Juris Doctor while he was the governor of Zhejiang with a dissertation titled The Study of Rural Marketizing from the field of Marxist theory and ideological education. It is known that these doctorates and MBAs of senior CCP officials are outright frauds.
