noun – Casual, meaningless chatter, often full of nonsensical ideas or pointless rambling. Like rats squeaking back and forth with no purpose, rat talk fills the air without adding value or making sense. It’s senseless talk just for the sake of talking.

Craig and Francis were caught up in a whole lot of rat talk, just passing time with nonsense.

The talk your dad or another male relative/friend gives a young boy when he's just approaching puberty or another change that he'd need mentoring and support for.

"Ashley, would you mind giving Adrian a Dad talk for me? They did Sex ed in class today, and he's worried, but didn't feel confident talking to me about it."
