Reffering to the term Dip shit, this way if your in the car with your parents or someone else's you can still call them a dip shit and not get fucked for it. also if your lazy and dont want to say all of dip shit this is a nice way of cutting down the word.

When a major movie studio, TV network, and/or record label keeps rereleasing and repackaging previously released media instead of scouring through the vaults and releasing unreleased material.

Warner Bros. is known for constantly double dipping the same 250+ Looney Tunes cartoons on DVD and Blu-ray instead if restoring the other 500+ cartoons that may have not seen the light of day since their original theatrical release.
