soft skills

The ability to hold a penis in your mouth until it is soft.

This term is often thrown around in the corporate world when referring to a person's customer service skills (which are basically the same thing).

Manager: Bob, you need to work more on your soft skills.

Worker: My name is Steve.

Manager: Sorry, I couldn't understand you with my penis in your mouth.
