A silly meister is someone who is so incredibly silly and overall a big jokester. They come in all different shapes and sizes. This slang term is only used when someone is being very silly willy and has the became the ultimate silly meister.
“Yo have you met that new girl ?”
“Yeah man she is so crazy and like silly, I’d go as far as saying she is a silly meister!”
