Shobby 

Shobby (noun, pl. shobbies) A shop that is more of a hobby for its affluent owner, it has no set opening hours. A shobby is usually found in gentrified town/district that has completely displaced all the creative and artistic residents. It typically sells kooky upper middle class knickknacks that are hand made and ethically sourced that have a locally produced vibe. The items cost three times as much as the handmade, locally produced vibe and ethically sourced items the displaced artists used to make.

“That shobby’s opening hours are more erratic than my bowel movements after dairy” or “This street has a lot of shobbies, a great place to go if you want a $450 plant pot made by Sicilian nuns”
