A common characteristic of your pessimistic coworker named Nick. Often most exhibited when wanting to try a new or different restaurant for lunch. The Nickativity usually annoys coworkers because it is unwarranted and about things that a normal person would be positive about. No one knows why Nick hates all things.

Coworker: "Hey Nick, wanna try the new Mexican restaurant down the street that everyone likes?"
Nick: "No, I just want Subway or Chilis. I hate non chain restaurants"
