A self congratulatory motion involving bumping one's own fists together in a "fist bump," reserved for moments of complete awesomeness.

Akin to phrases such as "toot your own horn" and "pat yourself on the back" that can convey exuberant celebration of a specific accomplishment and / or pride in a small, personal feat.

Person 2: That's tite,man! Did you celebrate with a fist bump or a jump-hip bump?

Person 1: No one would touch me after the event, so I had to knock my own rock.

Example:

Person 1: YESSSSS!! I BEAT DONKEY KONG AT 4 AM LAST NIGHT!

Person 2: Did you knock your own rock?

Person 1: Like a quarry worker!
