A person that's so uncool/reputation is so low, literally EVERYTHING they do is annoying, uncool, etc. Also is waaaay too enthusiastic about something nobody else their age is.

Ugh, that kid is suck a dork. Nobody gives a shit about the teacher's latest attempt to interest us.
