Stands for Roommates For Life. RFL, the is pronounced Riffle. Usually is synoymous with "best friends." Can also be used to distinguish a satisfactory living arrangement.

Riff Mode

The mode in which a man, such as Riff, tries to be a James Bond/Brad Pitt kind of guy, and tries his hardest to please a 'female' target. Often times, Riff Mode results in failure, and Riff goes into depression and uses the term "Bad Times" way too often.

A non-rural redneck, likely from the Oregon Hill, lakeside, Grace Street or Jeff Davis corridor neighborhoods in Richmond Virginia.

Also:
An acronym for the 'Reading is Fundamental' program started by Eastern US. libraries in the 1970's. The 'R.I.F. Mobile' was a mobile library inside of a bus or van that carried books to kids in underprivileged neighborhoods.
