honkey dust

Use as a generic term for any narcotic, real or pretend. Similar to cops using "dope" as a blanket term for drugs\narcotics so can honkey dust.

Can also be used when it isn't clear if someone is high on PCP, meth, crack, spray paint or all 4 etc.

Had some dude hopped up on honkey dust begging me for money at the light.

Honkey

“Honkey” is a derogatory term commonly used by Blacks and Latinos to describe a White person, but often mistakenly said originated as a racist slur created by Blacks in West Africa or in whorehouses. The term actually derives from a White Nationalist ideology which segregated ethnic distinction between White Americans and European Americans/Immigrants during the days of heavy coal mining. They were both ultimately grouped together as “Honkies” or “Hunkies.” And the term was later used by minorities as retaliation against racist whites throughout Jim Crow and well in to the 70’s and 80’s.

I’m other words, White Americans in a classic effort to dehumanize and devalue immigrants other minority groups, they created a racist slur against themselves.

This honkey brake-checked me on the freeway today.

Honkies are prejudiced, they called the cops on me while I was leaving my Airbnb and claimed that I was robbing the house I rented.
