honkey dust

Use as a generic term for any narcotic, real or pretend. Similar to cops using "dope" as a blanket term for drugs\narcotics so can honkey dust.

Can also be used when it isn't clear if someone is high on PCP, meth, crack, spray paint or all 4 etc.

Had some dude hopped up on honkey dust begging me for money at the light.

Synonymous with adjectives like "Fragile", "Snowflake", or "Bitch-ass"

Crazy white people who rev their engines and honk their horn to harass you and drive you insane.

In 2016, I was driven crazy by crazy drivers honking their horn and screaming fag at me, so they are white ass honkeys.
