A fluffer is a very soft, poofy, and cuddly dog that everyone adores.

1- A person in charge of keeping a party going. 2-Someone who brings the energy into a group and gets people excited 3-a person who fluffs up a pillow, or bed, or situation. 4-A person who works the room and makes sure everyone is participating and having a good time.
