A word combining an extention to the phrase "chiller" (meaning awesome, sick, amazing) with a pun on the animal name "chinchilla" to describe something that displays ultimate enjoyment or deserves absolute admiration; the absolute best.

Sometimes the word is divided in half to accommadate the swear word "fuck";"Chin-fucking-chiller"

Among certain high school students in Tennessee, "chinche" is an expression that can universally be used in all circumstances as a reaction or interuption to anything.
