Phrase used when helping a brother and/or sister out.

The phrase can take on many meanings determined by the context in which it is used or suggested.

Commonly used in male-dominated environments between bro’s that are comfortable with their sexuality and the dudes they work with.

Ex 1- John: Hey bro, can you give me an HBO SPECIAL?

Joe: Yeah bro! What can I do for ya?

Ex 2- Jerry: Hey girl, you ready for the HBO SPECIAL tonight?

Jenny- You gunna help me get what I want?
