Kings, Queens, Creators, and Rulers of the Meme format the great Richard Dawkins coined in his 1976 book "The Selfish Gene" as an attempt to explain how aspects of culture replicate, mutate, and evolve (memetics). These Emperors communicate via meme (Unless required due to policy, the person who views the meme does not understand memes, or it will harm others).
