noun- A meeting of bros to discuss things or events in one bro's life. The topics of these meeting should be held with the utmost secrecy among bros and should not be discussed with any female whatsoever. At the conclusion of the bro council, the topic shall be no longer discussed and the bros who participated in the meeting shall act as if no meeting has even occurred.

Bro 1-"Dude, we need to have a bro council. The girl I've been banging for the past month wants to date me."

Bro 2- "This calls for an emergency bro council. I will send word to our fellow bros."
