Trench Friend

A friend who you both enjoy each other's company and keep each other happy, but you both don't expect the friendship to last long. You both, however, always have each other's back and never back from a fight together. Considering how ugly trench warfare was, any friendships made were often broken by illness, artillery, gas, or gunfire. (never used during those times)

I really enjoy hanging out with him, but I feel he's more of a Trench Friend than a best friend

Keyhole Friend

A person who you call a friend but you literally look at their life through a keyhole. This means you don't completely see their entire life, just whatever small piece you can see, or they allow you to see through the keyhole (social media like facebook, twitter, instagram or snapchat). The only reason this person isn't called an acquaintance is because it would seem rude to refer to them as such.

Jack: Hey Joe, are you and Kevin close.
Joe: Nope, we're keyhole friends, the most I know about him is he added that he changed his display pic four weeks ago.

Bad Friend

1.A bad friend is your friend that just becomes your friend to make more, and ditches you in the end (like all my friends ;-;)
2. Your friend ignores you and pretends that you're not friends.
3. A friend who is mean to you all the time and says that "it's just a joke!" Yeah, right.

Example: You know what, Dakota? You're a really bad friend!
