It implies that their mother is a homosexual woman, obviously I have yet to know when this phrase begun but all I do know is that this isn't a term you should take lightly. It is also a phrase highly meme'd upon, and I still have yet to figure out why the phrase is taken with humour.

this sentence is given when a 11 year old (boy) gamer is angry and most likely depressed and has an IQ of under the 50, it is meant as an insult, tough no one ever is insulted, wich makes the person who said the sentence even more angry.
