King Of Spades

A man (usually white but may also be Asian or Latino) who has a fetish for black women. Counterpart of "Queen of Spades" (white women who prefer black men). Their symbol is a spade with a "K" on it.

A King of Spades (KOS) is a man who truly values and knows how to treat black women the way black men could never do both romantically and sexually. These kings are usually white but some are also Latino and even Asian. Although obfuscated by mainstream media these kings are rising in numbers in real life.

Spadelet

A variation on the term 'spade' that can be used to describe any dark-skinned person (see nigger, darkie, sambo, golliwogg, wog) in child hood or young adult hood. Generally this term is given to young blacks that are a particular nuisance and/or insult to our society or species (see chav).

I don't think I've ever seen a more disgraceful bunch of spadelets in my life.

Corporate Spladder

Corporate Spladder (slang)- one's fall from the corporate ladder through being terminated, fired, laid off or pushed off. A tongue-in-cheek play on words in contrast to a North American concept of climbing the corporate ladder, a ladder said to be impossible to climb.
