A social media post worded in such a way as to encourage the reader to copy/paste the same message to their own feed. It will often (but not always) use an emotional theme to trigger a feeling of guilt in the reader in order to facilitate its underlying purpose to rapidly spread using a pyramid structure.
Example of a pyramid message:
Everyone says: "If you need anything, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you ". I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my family and friends less than 7 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of mental health difficulties.
So surprise me and prove me wrong!!! 🌻💛

A hollow tetrahedron containing a chicken. A pyramid-like structure with a triangular base, it is hollow inside and must always contain a chicken.
P1: “My toddler built a chicken pyramid, but didn’t put a chicken inside”
P2: “Without the chicken, it’s just a tetrahedron. Y’all are ignrant asses.”

A love pyramid is like a love triangle, however instead of 2 people loving the same person 3 or more love same person, those people being the base of the pyramid and the point being the person everyone is in love with

Often a supremely experienced and competent man functioning similar to a power broker within a larger organization. "Power Broker" in this context , and viewed pyramidally is someone who manages valued information and/or resources for personal and/or political gain through the entire length of the system.

Horseshoe Law was once a theory, but the events of the 21st Century have established it as accepted law. However, it leaves certain questions unanswered. For example, the original Horseshoe Law sometimes neglects to mention the role of economics, and the fact that Democrats are not on the side of the Horseshoe, but at the bottom. Democrats are egalitarians -- what explains why some people climb up the right side through conservatism and others through white libertarianism? What finally unites both sides at the gap?
Pyramid Theory suggests that we all start at 0 on an X Axis. Narcissists move as far as they can to one end of the axis or the other, but realize they want to climb up the socioeconomic ladder. But narcissism is lonely without peons, so eventually they lean the ladder back to the middle, meeting narcissists from the other side at the top of the Pyramid, free to practice their Autocracy over the base.

"I get why conservatives would open up two fronts against the Democrats, but those two candidates seemed so far apart -- why did Russia support both of them, and how did they know it would work?"
"At one end of the spectrum, you have Trumpers. At the other, you have Closet Trumpers. One side is proudly racist. The other scrambles for some rationalization that their racism isn't actually racist -- it's just 'identity politics,' 'economic anxiety,' or some other 'distraction.' Find someone willing to regurgitate those old lies, and you have control over the two sides of Pyramid Theory."
