3 idiotic brothers are part of a somewhat Kumo family. There's this 'Orochi' meant to be snake thing that comes every idk 100 years??? There are always clouds until that Orochi is killed. blah blah blah they have to kill the vessel of the Orochi and Tenka Kumo (eldest brother of the Kumo family) was exposed to the 'vessel,' so he got sentenced to death. PLOT TWIST! Tenka Kumo is not dead. With the power of Buton idk??? Girl with sealing powers and another lover guy and the brothers fight together to seal the Orochi and boom, good ending.

Someone: "Wtf is 'Laughing under the clouds?'"
Me: "It's an underrated anime that YOU SHOULD WATCH!!!!"
