being covered or soaked by liquid (e.g water). And yes a fish is wet. the confusion stems from the fact that a fish is always in water so how could it feel the sensation of wet. but yes they are in fact wet it's just the norm for them. a solid is being covered/soaked by a liquid.

When someone is called wet it usually refers to the british slang term of being someone whos is not cool or is seen to do things that make them seem like a pussy, the term usually refers to how a vagina is wet and lubricated when arouse.

A feeling of highness. Not physically "wet," instead you're so high on either a drug or just something you enjoy (e.g. music) that you may feel "wet," or out of your typical state of mind. Typically this refers to dance music that makes you feel "high." It is also common to be referring to a hot girl. Originated from the dance artist Krewella.
