Phoenix rat

A person who spends a considerable amount of time in/around the legendary Phoenix Theater in Petaluma, CA. Phoenix rats are often labeled as degenerates, burnouts, or douche bags, though that's not always true.

local child: "The Phoenix rats think they're so cool sitting on the steps. They're always making hilarious comments to passersby as means of fun during their long day. It's intimidating. It makes me uncomfortable. They blow cigarette smoke at me. I heard that one night, ten of them mercilessly beat one drunken kid in a nearby parking lot, like a bunch of god damn, filthy cowards. Phoenixville

A small town 30 minutes out of Philadelphia sporting a tight knit community with a large amount of diversity. The high school has a largely disappointing football team that loses all the time despite the hype and wasted money put behind it. The school does have a very successful boy's basketball team, girl's swim team, girl's field hockey team, track team, cross country team, and boy's tennis team. The school offers many high classes for its size and many of the students are very smart(except in the class of 2018).

In Phoenixville, there are many good dealers you can find almost anywhere that generally have pretty good deals.

Phoenixville has pretty good sports teams for such a small school... Except their football team.
