He, or she, looks down on the poor and less fortunate as well. He or she hides behind their status, often abusing others. A yuppie or higher class person who goes partying and flaunts his wealth in public. Jewelry, car, and especially his rude, violent, and loud behavior - like a prick. He thinks he can show how important (And rich) he is by his rude and abusive behaviour in public. He looks down on waitresses and stewardesses. He is often involved in air rage.

The rich prick came staggering out of the upscale nightclub with his friends and started a fight with some homeless guy just to proove how superior his is.
