Someone who you are supposed to respect but is a jerk, ego-driven, self-motivated, and who you don't respect at all. Most often a bad boss but can be anyone who has some type of authority over you. Can include power-hungry people in uniform, close-minded professors ... anyone you could address as "Sir". The "prick" can be silent when addressing them in person.
