Pinocha is the derogatory word used to describe "vagina." It's English equaivalent is "pussy," especially when pussy is referring to the vagina.

At times it is used to describe someone that is weak or homosexual.

It is also used as an adjective in Spanish on occasion - "If you hit me, your pinocha pass won't save you."
