Blatant disregard for basic photography skills. Examples include, but not limited to: very poor lighting, way too much lighting, overuse of colored lighting, wrinkled backdrops, stained backdrops, more than four reflections of the photographer's lights in subject's eyeglasses... you get the idea.

That roll of class photos was a complete photographault.
