A kartfag is a slur against people who main karts in the 2008 video game Mario Kart Wii. A kartfag often hates bikes (particularly the inward drifting ones) whilst incorrectly and repeatedly claiming karts are better. (They are not because bikes in Mario Kart Wii have a speed advantage with wheelies and superior inward drifting mechanics)
