Someone who keeps the pipe, (bong), or (whatever apparatus being used to smoke,) hot, while smoking. Reason being, maybe, that a person is driving.

I need you to be my drug fluffer while I drive, so I can pay attention to the road.

Smelly Bum Fluff

When the fluffy hair on thou's rectum creates a specific unpleasant scent, which in return, creates an aroma which typically tends to attract the homeless and black folk towards your general area. Then if the black and homeless folk surrounds you and any other companions in your party, you will then proceed to be skullfucked and robbed of all your personal belonging, including your virginity.

Example 1- Garrett: "Hey Colin, I recently got diagnosed with Smelly Bum Fluff, what does it do to me?"
Colin: "Oh no, this isn't good. This means you smell like Stinky Poopy, we must get out of the area immediately, otherwise we won't be enjoying our weekend!"

Example 2- Requis: "What up my nigga. Guess what, I heard somebody in a 10 kilometer radius was just recently given Smelly Bum Fluff, you know what that means?"
DeShawn: "Oh hell yeah I do, let's get this Number #1 Victory Royale"
