The act of "reheating nachos" is to take inspiration or copy somebody who has done something before. "Dory" is a mispronunciation of the word "dorl" by Sandra Martin from Gogglebox on a TikTok live in which she was asked if she'd had a mug of Mellow Birds today dorl, but she read it as dory. Therefore the phrase "Theirence's nachos dory" is a very complicated, but very effective expression.
