A baby that is the result of a sperm donor. For one reason or another, the mother decided to become pregnant via sperm donor and have a baby that way. Not that big of a deal because a real dad is a man who's there to raise and love his child, even if his child isn't genetically related to him.

A person who shoots up drugs and uses the excuse 'I donated blood at Red Cross' when someone sees the track marks in their arms.

That guy is a big blood donor. He's always trying to get some more heroin to shoot up.
