Someone who decides to occupy the stall next to you even though there is an empty one two stalls away. And then proceeds to let the fireworks happen.
No matter what time of day he went to the bathroom, Ross couldn't seem to escape that close crapper from accounting.

"Doxastically closed" describes a person who is unwilling to change their (false) beliefs regardless of any arguments against it.
The term is used in Street Epistemology and goes back to Peter Boghossian’s "A Manual for Creating Atheists". His definition: “I use the term to mean that either a specific belief one holds, or that one’s entire belief system, is resistant to revision.”

Bob: "1+1=3"
Anthony: "Imagine an empty table. You put one cup on the table. Then you put another cup on the table. How many cups are on the table?"
Bob: "Two."
Anthony: "Putting down one cup and then another cup is '1 cup + 1 cup' and you correctly identified the result as '2 cups'. So you see: 1+1=2"
Bob: "No, 1+1=3"
Charlie (to Dan): "Bob sure is a *very* doxastically closed person."

a pleading to someone to cease using sarcasm or dry humor. Principly used when the third party fails to understand the joking nature. Originated in episode 3F07 ("Marge Be Not Proud") of The Simpsons, when Jeff Albertson (AKA Comic Book Guy) says to Bart "Seeing as we are unfamiliar with sarcasm, I shall close the register at this point..."
first guy: "...and the other gynocologist says "Fund us? We're lucky she doesn't sue us!"
second guy: "Uhhh, ok."
first guy: "Gynocolgist? Fund us? Fundus?"
second guy: "I don't get it."
third guy: "Oh, Jesus, Pete! Just close the register!"
second guy: "Uhhh, ok."
